About Us Achieving Styles Inventories Applications Get Started
Achieving styles are the behavioral strategies that an individual characteristically uses to accomplish his or her goals.

Four Achieving Styles Instruments have been developed to
address Connective Leadership and its underlying behaviors;

1) The first instrument, the L-BL Achieving Styles Inventory (ASI), measures the strength of the nine related achieving styles that constitute an individual's connective leadership profile.

2) The second, the L-BL Organizational Achieving Styles Inventory (OASI), measures the achieving styles that an organization values and rewards.

3) The third instrument, the Achieving Styles Situational Evaluation Technique (ASSET), assesses the achieving styles most needed to accomplish a particular task or project.

4) The fourth instrument, the Achieving Styles 360° Feedback Inventory (ASI360), measures the individual Achieving Styles Profile of a focal person and the perceptions of that focal person's Achieving Styles Profile as seen by relevant peers, colleagues, direct reports, supervisors, clients/customers, acquaintances, etc.

All four instruments are based on the L-BL Model of Achieving Styles that serves as the behavioral foundation for Connective Leadership. These instruments have been developed over thirty years of research, including fourteen revisions, and more than 25,000 cases from the U.S. and other countries.
